L’Occitane becomes the owner of the Italian brand Dr. Vranjes Firenze
The Italian brand of luxury home fragrances Dr. Vranjes Firenze becomes part of the L’Occitane Group. The transaction will be completed at the end of the first quarter of this 2024.
The company clarifies that its strategy seeks to create a balanced portfolio of premium brands in both beauty and fragrances.
