“I have always been very helpful in every sense of the word, and I share that spirit with my family and with the entire team. We seek to generate bonds of union and familiarity with our collaborators,” says the founding businesswoman, who also confesses that the main pillar of the business is the work environment and personal development of each member.
Currently, the brand is betting on the professionalization of its team, the digitalization of the business and the optimization of processes. In the last 10 years the business has grown 10 times in size.
For her part, Patricia Muñoz-Najar, her daughter, who is currently leading the course of the business with her mother; She comments that, thanks to the work commitment, and the implementation of new innovative and technological tools, the Dolce Capriccio family was able to perfect their processes and continuously improve their offer. “We are a family business, since we share the same purpose of passing on heritage and tradition,” she adds.
