Leading a healthy and balanced life gives the body optimal functioning and helps prevent future diseases.

That is why, taking care of our food is a daily challenge that is often considered to make a series of restrictions on how to prepare and consume food.

One of the ways to care for and protect our body, specifically bones, tendons, skin and muscles is through the consumption of collagen, a protein present in our body but that over the years decreases its production capacity.

Here we give you two recipes for a delicious snack where healthy food is mixed and a necessary dose of collagen thanks to Vitagel.

Choco Coffee Milkshake

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  • 2 cocoa tablespoons
  • 1 coffee tablespoon
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 20 grams of hydrolyzed collagen
  • 1 cup of hot water

Place all the ingredients in a cup and beat until dissolved. Serve with a slice of orange.

Avocado Toasted

Ingredients:

  • ¼ of ripe avocado
  •  10 grams of hydrolyzed collagen  
  • ½ lemon juice salt and pepper  
  • toasted bread
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 grams of fresh cheese.

Preparation:

In a bowl mix avocado, 10 grams of hydrolyzed collagen, lemon, salt, pepper until well integrated. Finally, put the preparation on a toast, top with cherry tomato, fresh cheese and special vinaigrette.
