Skincare routine: Beautiful in three simple steps
I will share some super tips to take care of our skin, as you know, it is very important to follow a skincare routine and although sometimes the routines can be very elaborate (10 steps or more), and they take us too long, that makes us enter the bug of laziness and we forget to give the necessary care to our skin.
Today I will talk about a skincare routine in 3 simple and fast steps.
The most important thing is to take into account the necessary and basic products for our skin type.
How do I know what type of skin I have?
Dry: it is flaky or rough.
Oily: is shiny, greasy, and can have large pores.
Mixed: it is dry in some areas (cheeks) and fat in others (forehead, nose and chin).
Sensitive: May red, burn or itch after using makeup or other products.
Normal: it is balanced, clear and not sensitive.
The best way to know what type of skin you have is to go to a specialist since he will be able to give you better that information. Even so, we will share some small tips so that you can start with a basic skincare routine.
STEP 1: CLEAN
Having our skin clean is the starting point. We must apply the cleanser on the wet face and take the opportunity to massage for one or two minutes, allowing time for it to take effect. Then remove it until your face is free of residue. We do this step one or a maximum of two times a day.
STEP 2: TONIC
A toner helps clean and reduce pores on the face, in addition to providing hydration and firmness to the skin. I recommend using Garnier Skin Active, it helps all skin types, it is very soft and provides delicate care.
STEP 3: MOISTURE
A good moisturizing cream (not necessarily expensive) that suits our needs and problems. This step must be carried out rigorously twice a day, in the morning and at night.
EXTRA STEP: SUNSCREEN
We must not forget to protect our skin against the sun. If you go out in the morning always apply a dollar protector with SPF 50.
