In response to a global rise in demonic possession, Sister Ann (Jacqueline Byers) believes she is answering a calling and wishes to become the first female exorcist.

The Catholic Church school of exorcism is now reopened and although the rites of exorcism are exclusive to priests, a teacher (Colin Salmon) agrees to train it. Joined by her fellow student Father Dante (Christian Navarro), Sister Ann finds herself in a battle for the soul of a little girl, which is the same demon she tormented her own mother years ago. However, it seems the Devil has her right where he wants her.
